Auto Glass Shop

Unfortunately I used them in the past.😥Like 2016 in the past😥 The windshield WAS fine BUT these fools will call you every week/months/as many times as they can to "sell" you a new windshield. I, VERY RARELY PUT A 1 🌟 on any business (read my profile). I've asked multiple times to be removed from their call list but I still get calls AND NOW TEXT. I, WILL, NEVER, USE, YOU, AGAIN, STOP CONTACTING ME!!!

I had them replace a handful of windshields over a couple year span. Once I needed them to do their "no cost chip repair" things soured on their end. They initially wanted to charge my insurance, when I pushed back since it was supposed to be "free" with their warranty they made it extremely difficult to schedule. I finally gave up, which is, I'm sure, their intent. When they called back a few months later to see if I had any other damage (so they could sell me a new windshield) I asked to be removed from their list. For the past two years or more I continue to receive calls, when I ask to be removed they generally laugh and hang up and then call right back or just hang up. I've filed numerous complaints with the Do Not Call Registry as they are violating federal law. Just today Nick called yet again, and under the guise of wanting to schedule an appointment at their location I was able to get their address and cross reference "The Auto Glass Shop" (the name they give out) to this business. Back to filing DNC complaints again...

They damaged my window trim then they cut me a check for $250 which is basically a slap in the face! It costs $500 PLUS TAX to replace both sides. Can't order just one side and the parts are on back order but they are available which they said were not. Lied to me to keep me quiet. Horrible business practices!!

This company is HORRIBLE!! They did a crummy job on my windshield. They left my jeep messy with broken glass on the interior and on my driveway. Glass in the driver and passenger seats is not safe! They also broke the door frame on my Jeep and refuse to fix it! I’m filing a claim with my insurance company so they can go after them. DO NOT USE THIS SHADY FLY BY NIGHT SCAMMING COMPANY!!! BEWARE!!!!!
